Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of coordination for leadership, managing communications, priorities, and information flow.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, recordkeeping systems, and light bookkeeping tasks.
- Review and process a variety of business documents such as invoices, reports, and internal communications.
- Evaluate incoming materials, determine urgency, and route appropriately.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring leadership is well-prepared.
- Support planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and leadership initiatives.
- Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Provide guidance and support to administrative staff when needed.

- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with event coordination, budgeting, or project support is a plus.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proven track record supporting senior leadership.
