Sparks Group is seeking a highly experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the organizational backbone for senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional admin work—you’ll serve as a trusted partner, helping drive efficiency, communication, and day-to-day operations across the team.  If you have 5 plus years serving as an Administrative Assistant to top level management are open to a one-year contract, please apply for resume consideration. 

 Responsibilities: 
  • Act as a central point of coordination for leadership, managing communications, priorities, and information flow.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, recordkeeping systems, and light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Review and process a variety of business documents such as invoices, reports, and internal communications.
  • Evaluate incoming materials, determine urgency, and route appropriately.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring leadership is well-prepared.
  • Support planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Provide guidance and support to administrative staff when needed.

What You should Bring:
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with event coordination, budgeting, or project support is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Proven track record supporting senior leadership.
