We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products and materials for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming products and materials
Pick and pull orders accurately based on customer or internal requirements
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed
Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
Use basic warehouse equipment and tools safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Comfortable working in a physically active environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
Ability to regularly lift and move packages and materials weighing up to [50] pounds
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may involve varying temperatures, noise, and frequent movement
Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and material-handling activities
