Responsibilities:
- Global Talent Strategy & Organizational Leadership: Design and execute end-to-end talent strategies (acquisition, retention, performance, succession planning) to drive global impact. Utilize people analytics and best practices to optimize organizational design.
- Cultural Leadership: Embed organizational values—connection, honesty, innovation, learning, and diverse lived experiences—into HR systems and daily practices. Serve on board committees (including Governance) and model inclusive leadership.
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and direct a global, matrixed team of HR professionals. Continuously optimize HR team structures, capability, and resource allocation.
- Global HR Systems & Operations: Direct global HR operations, including enterprise HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance monitoring across all operational locations.
- Change Management & Transformation: Lead people-centered approaches for major transformations, restructuring, and culture evolution in partnership with senior leadership.
- Legal, Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Oversee global compliance frameworks balancing international labor standards with local employment laws. Provide strategic counsel on complex workforce issues, safeguarding, and duty-of-care obligations.
- External Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with external centers of excellence, academic institutions, and industry forums to integrate best practices in global workforce planning.
- Safeguarding: Actively promote, adhere to, and enforce Companies Safeguarding policies and procedures across all teams and operations.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, HR, or related) strongly preferred.
- HR Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with experience in international development strongly preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years leading teams, with direct experience leading HR functions across multi-country, global locations.
- Strategy & Change: Extensive background in developing and executing strategy-aligned HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Executive Engagement: Proven track record advising, consulting, and influencing at the C-suite and Board level.
