Job Summary/Company:  Sparks Group has partnered with a leading nationwide enterprise sustainable solutions integrator seeking a sales manager. If you have 5+ years of B@B Experience and want to be responsible for driving revenue growth while leading and developing a sales team this is the ideal role for you.  In this role you will actively manage strategic accounts, pursue new commercial opportunities, and build repeatable sales processes that support scalable growth. This role is a Direct Hire opportunity and requires you to be on site five days a week.  Interested candidates should apply for quick consideration.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry and achieve an individual sales quota.
  • Develop and close commercial and multifamily opportunities.
  • Build relationships with developers, property managers, GCs, and enterprise customers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving access control, surveillance, security, and IoT solutions.
  • Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Manage and develop sales representatives.
  • Set team quotas and performance expectations.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and weekly 1:1 meetings.
  • Provide coaching on deal strategy and closing techniques.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members.
  • Support hiring efforts as the team scales.
  • Establish and refine sales workflows and CRM discipline.
  • Drive pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop repeatable messaging and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Operations on project scoping and feasibility.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years of B@B Experience.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving quota.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales team members.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience selling technology-enabled solutions in commercial environments.
  • Existing network within developers, property managers, or general contractors.
  • Experience in security, access control, IoT, or low-voltage systems.
  • Experience managing both recurring revenue and project-based sales.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to provide two professional references.
  • Experience with network systems architecture and hardware.
  • Proficient with all current Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
