Sparks Group; has partnered with a leading Powder Processing Solutions Company. We are hiring 6 dependable, detail-oriented Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations in a specialty powder production environment for a morning shift from 8:30PM - 6:30AM. This position is ideal for someone who values workplace safety, enjoys hands-on work, and has experience operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be responsible for helping maintain production flow, supporting equipment reliability, and ensuring products meet quality standards from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Safely operate, monitor, and adjust plant equipment to maintain efficient production processes
Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate equipment or process issues to minimize downtime
Complete equipment setup, product changeovers, disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly as required
Support packaging operations by staging materials, loading product, and preparing completed goods for shipment
Handle raw materials through measuring, weighing, organizing, and staging for production use
Follow established SOPs, safety regulations, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times
Perform routine quality checks and maintain accurate production and operational records
Assist with minor preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs using standard hand tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Mechanical aptitude or prior equipment troubleshooting experience is a plus
Ability to work overtime and weekends when business needs require
Comfortable reading instructions, completing documentation, and communicating effectively in English
Basic math and computer proficiency
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background check, physical, employment verification, and hair follicle drug test

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, including up to 12 hours
Frequent bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, and twisting throughout the workday
Comfortable working in industrial environments with varying temperatures, dust, odors, and noise exposure
Must wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots, protective clothing, hard hat, eye/ear protection, gloves, and respirator
Ability to pass respiratory fit testing
