The EMV Production Scheduler manages the production and chip flashing schedules for a fast-paced, 24/5 high-mix/high-volume manufacturing plant. In this role, you will collaborate with material planners to secure raw stock, partner with operations to meet production targets, and work with logistics to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries. Key Responsibilities

Build and update detailed production schedules using ERP and other data systems to maximize product availability and minimize machine downtime. Launch production orders accordingly.
Track forecasts, customer orders, backlogs, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports to manage material requirements and priorities.
Quickly revise schedules when faced with shifting customer demand, labor shortages, or material constraints, collaborating closely with management and stakeholders.
Partner with regional planning teams to support load balancing across sites.
Group and prioritize EMV orders by customer due dates to maintain an efficient production flow.
Work with the Quality team to address vendor issues or supply chain discrepancies.
Coordinate material processing with third-party service providers.
Participate in lean manufacturing activities and problem-solving initiatives using Kaizen and 5-Why analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing job shop environment.
3–5 years of dedicated SAP experience, including MRP analysis (Required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to follow, write, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ability to solve complex, unpredictable problems with multiple variables.
Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to adapt to daily shifting priorities.
